Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 cup onion (minced)
1 cup pumpkin (cut thinly)
2 cups of milk
1 cup of water
1 pc. knorr chicken cube
(or chicken broth)
a salt to taste &
a pinch of pepper
Direction:
- In a pan put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of pumpkin,cook for 5min. in a low heat.
- Smashed the cooked pumpkin.
- Place butter in a pan then saute garlic until it gets brownish and then add the onion and saute for 1min.
- Once the onion is cooked you can add the smashed pumpkin and saute for 1min.
- Add the rest ingredients,milk,salt & pepper.
- Simmer for 2minutes
